Angie Jerez

Angie Jerez was born in Queens, NY to Dominican parents. Angie is a prolific actress and TV host. Angie lived in Queens until she was 9 years old. At the age of 9 she moved to the Dominican Republic where she lived through grammar school, middle school and high school. At 18 she returned to NY for collage. When Angie was 21 she relocated to Perth Amboy, NJ. She has garnered more than 20 years of media experience and brings dedication, love, and blunt honesty to everything she does. Her desire to perform and entertain began in childhood, and she has followed that desire into many professional achievements. She was selected the Latina host of Verizon Wireless Vcast, among hundreds of participant in a contest search. She has worked closely with Univision and Telemundo production crews, and acted in various films, including Refuge from the Storm starring Michael Madsen. Driven to create positive change, Angie is also involved with children's charities in the Dominican Republic. Two of her most recent projects are the YouTube show Dejame Decirte and her bilingual blog, which explores life and women.
