Kelle Whitehurst

Kelle Whitehurst was born and raised in Orange County, California. When he was 4 years old, he began doing commercial work. His older sister, Staci, was in the business as well, landing roles on the (then popular) Little House on the Prairie (1974), The Powers of Matthew Star (1982), and Silver Spoons (1982). Later,as Kelle grew taller and began gaining muscle mass, his parents urged him to enjoy his youth and encouraged him to follow the rest of the family into athletic pursuits. All through school, Kelle played football. He participated in other sports as well, but football was his first choice and he didn't return to his roots (acting) until he had earned his B.A. in Film from Cal State Fullerton and injuries were causing his football career to wind down. Tall and broad shouldered, Kelle has appeared in a succession of roles since leaving school, including stints on Resurrection Blvd. (2000) and Gridiron Gang (2006).
