John Lewis is an American actor, film producer, and writer that was born in Honolulu, Hawaii. John is a former mixed martial arts champion and a veteran of multiple world-class organizations including the UFC, Battlecade Extreme Fighting, and Vale Tudo Japan. In addition to being one of the most respected mixed martial arts fighter in the business, Mr. Lewis is renown and admired for being one of the most famous martial arts instructors and trainers in the game. His past students include some of the most elite athletes in the business including Chuck Liddell, Tito Ortiz, Randy Couture, and the prodigy BJ Penn, all in their prime. To the Ultimate Fighting Championship, John is more than just a martial arts icon, he is the man credited with introducing Dana White, Lorenzo Fertitta, and Frank Fertitta to the sport of mixed martial arts and Ultimate Fighting as a whole. Lewis trained the UFC owners for years before their purchase of the UFC and introduced them to the key players and athletes of the sport. He was also the first MMA fighter that Dana White managed, and the person who convinced Tito Ortiz and Chuck Liddell to allow Dana to manage them as well. The rest is history.
