Jackie Spreckley (Born 1951) is a British former television presenter, journalist, researcher and production. From the 1980s - 2000s, Jackie Spreckley presented television programs such as The Real World, an Television South science program. The Ultimate Machine, a children's documentary series on the human body for Granada Television, Across the Counter, a Granada satellite shopping program and the BBC music show The Oxford Road Show etc. In 2000s, Jackie Spreckley retired from her career as a television presenter after 20 years and took up management of Played in Britain, which is a collaboration between historic England, Malavan media and some of the country's leading experts on sporting heritage. Jackie Spreckley's husband British sports historian, writer and broadcaster Simon Inglis is also a series editor of Played in Britain.
