Angela Maria was born to entertain! She is a multi-talented American actress from Panamanian decent, whose talents shine in any genre, from drama to comedy. Born and raised in Baltimore, MD., her talents were evident very early on. When she was a young girl Angela Maria always found various ways to entertain, including singing in church, participating in school plays and dancing at local malls. At age 10 Angela Maria was elected by her school officials to represent her school at the Baltimore Museum of Arts. This lead to her attending a performing arts school were her passion for the arts was able to flourish. While in high school Angela Maria became the #1 news anchor for her school's news program. She took the program to overwhelming heights, bringing a tremendous amount of recognition from the entire Baltimore County region to her school's media center. It was also during this time that Angela Maria traveled to Los Angeles, California to began her acting career, while maintaining her school work and ultimately graduating early to pursue her goals. Angela Maria has appeared in such films as the Academy Award nominated, "Gods and Generals" and the laugh out loud comedy "Hair Show". She has also been on one of HBO's most notable TV shows, "The Wire", guest starred on the hit sitcom, The Parkers", shot a pilot for a show titled "Reel" and etc. In addition, she has also hosted a national model quest for Cover Girl cosmetics and appeared in several leading brand commercials. With impeccable charm and a definite on camera appeal, Angela Maria always leaves audiences across the globe eager to see more. She is for sure, one to watch!
