Mario Alberto Monroy

Graduated from the first generation of the Casazul Performance School, Mario has built an extensive career in Theater skills through several diverse titles and genres. He has an admirable aptitude and skills for Improvisation that he has specialized and put into practice in different groups like "Liga Mexicana de Improvisación", "Improlucha", "Impro Sport" and with "Improtop" he has been part of the Shows like "La Feria", "Historias Dementes" and "Mariachi Stylo". On Television, he participated as a writer and actor in "El Informal" Tv-Show, as well as in productions like "El Alma Herida", "Los Sánchez", "La Loba" and in Tv-Series like "Drenaje Profundo". In Cinema, he has performed in films like "El Que Busca Encuentra", "Solteras" and "Cindy la Regia". He is the author of the anti-Christmas monologues "Dios de Porcelana Fría" and "Plan Proyecto de Regeneración Espiritual Navideña" by Dickens, both directed by Angelica Rogel and played at the La Capilla theater, as well as the unipersonal "Abrazar al Panda". Nowadays, we can see him performing in the Tv-Series "Historia de un Crimen: Caso Paulette" for Netflix, and in the Lemon Films Tv- Series "Como tú no hay Dos" together with Adrian Uribe, and in the new Amazon Prime Video Tv-Series "Como Sobrevivir Soltero" together with Sebastian Zurita, in the First and Second Season. Recently he premiered "Bunker" for HBO.
