Born in former Yugoslavia to a household filled with songs and poetry, Alzan started acting already at the age of five in the school drama group. In 1992 the whole family moves to Germany and in 1997 to the USA where Al earned his BA in Acting in June of 2002 in Chicago and is active in the Chicago Theatre, and TV scene. Music and linguistics were always a big part of Al's life hence his love for playing guitar and singing in several languages.
