Jacob Jaffke

Jacob has produced a number of critically acclaimed films including Mike Birbiglia's "Sleepwalk with Me", "Don't Think Twice", Carter Smith's "Jamie Marks is Dead", Ti West's "The Sacrament", "The Innkeepers", "In a Valley of Violence", and Trey Edward Shults' "Waves". He also served as the Head of Feature Film Development & Production for director Tate Taylor ("The Help") and producer Eric Newman's ("NARCOS" & "Children of Men") StudioCanal backed co-venture, Grand Electric. In 2014, Jacob was an Independent Spirit Award nominee for the Piaget Producers Award. He holds a BFA from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts as well as an MFA from Columbia University in New York, NY where he received the 2010 Columbia University Film Festival's "Entertainment Partners Best Producer Award", the 2010 Producers Guild of America's "Debra Hill Fellowship", a 2010 Caucus Foundation Grant, and a 2010 BAFTA "Best Short Film" nomination for producing Jonathan van Tulleken's short film, "Off Season".
