Kerry-Ann is a native of the beautiful island of Jamaica. In the 90's, her family migrated to the United States. She was raised in a family of entrepreneurs. Her family owns the Golden Krust Caribbean Bakery Franchise. So, it was only natural for Kerry-Ann to seek out ownership as she pursues her passion for the arts with the creation of Ellington Productions. Before living out her dreams as an artist and creator, Kerry-Ann completed the arduous Pre-Medical Magnet program at Ely High school in Pompano Beach FL. Her intentions of becoming a Pediatrician quickly changed when she was bit by the visual arts bug after enrolling in an Improvisation class at the University of South Florida. She switched her major to Communications and has since spent over a decade immersing herself in all things visual arts, both in front of and behind the scenes. Kerry-Ann has had the pleasure of working in front of the scenes on various stage plays, print jobs, commercials, TV and feature films. Her creative side was peaked while working on the set of Battleship as she observed Peter Berg and his team in action. Since shifting to working behind the scenes, her ability to successfully see a project from start to finish as a Producer and an Assistant Director has garnered over 28 awards worldwide. In her spare time, Kerry-Ann enjoys reading and spending time with family & close friends. She also has a sinful obsession for board games, coffee and food.
