Izù Troin has made several films, first as a self-taught filmmaker, then after studying at La Poudrière. In 2009, he went on to make The Wordcutter, screened at numerous festivals and awarded several prizes. In 2012, after ten years of ups and downs, he completed The Inn. This 25-minute film marks the beginning of his work in genre films. In addition to filmmaking, he has also worked in special effects and compositing for several of Folimage's feature-length films.
