Debbi Tucker

Debbi Tucker has always been a major film fan...from drama classes in high school & college to present day. As is sometimes the case, life changed her path so she didn't begin acting until moving to Austin TX in the mid 90s. There she took some classes and jumped right in. She did a lot of work with the UT Film School students along with other film, TV & commercial work before moving back to her home state of Oklahoma in 2009. There she found more classes, more work and has expanded her knowledge and experience. She's done a variety of commercials, local films, and feature films as Oklahoma is becoming more of a "film Mecca". She earned her SAG eligibility for her role in Children of the Corn: Runaway. She won a Best Actress award at the Great Plains Film Festival for her role in Potion for Passion in 2021 & was nominated again in 2022. At the 2022 Bare Bones Film Festival, she was honored with a Trailblazer award. She has one son in Austin who also shares her great love of film. And also her avid love of her OU Sooners!
