Paul, is originally from Dublin, Ireland. After finishing his secondary education in Synge Street CBS he trained at the Brendan Smith Academy, The College of Music and The Royal Academy Of Music. He made his debut in Ireland playing Pontius Pilate opposite Colm Wilkinson in "Jesus Christ Superstar" this led to many leading roles in productions such as "Zorba", "The New Pirates of Penzance", "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat","Chess","Can't Stop the Music" and his first pantomime "Dick Whittington". In 1991 Paul moved to London to play the "Bishop of Digne" in "Les Miserables" at the Palace Theatre until 1993, he then became an original cast member of the First National tour of Andrew Lloyd Webbers "The Phantom of the Opera" playing the Phantom in Manchester and Edinburgh. He returned to Dublin briefly to play the title role in Stephen Sondheims musical "Sweeney Todd" at the National Concert Hall. In 1993 he appeared as a guest artist in a tribute to Sir Cameron Mackintosh as part of the Summer Proms series. Paul Conceived/ Produced/ Arranged and Directed a series of Concerts throughout the UK and Ireland entitled "Les Miscellaneous". Featuring members of the 1998/1999 touring cast of "Les Miserables" they were seen in Edinburgh, Belfast, Bradford, Dublin and Belfast (starring Colm Wilkinson) and finally Manchester. In 2010 he created the role of Mr Carney in the West End production of Flaherty and Ahren's "A Man Of No Importance". Most recently Paul played Mr Scheinkopf in the Irish tour of "Fame The Musical" and appeared at the O2, London, in the "25th Anniversary Concert of Les Miserables". He then appeared at the Royal Albert Hall in the "25th Anniversary Production of The Phantom Of The Opera". He has just wrapped the feature movie "Rough And Ready" playing the leading role of Richard Cross. Paul is also the very proud uncle of Hollywood actor Colin Farrell.
