Rob Kurland

Rob Kurland is a veteran of film and video post-production. As the Director of Video Production/Post-Production for a Chicagoland startup, Rob has led teams creating work for Fortune 100 companies. During this time, he continued to grow his skills and create new workflows by incorporating automation processed through render farms, which gave the team, and himself, more time to collaborate and try new concepts in less time. Rob's goal was always to find the best ways of working together so that his team would feel supported and empowered to take creative risks. As the co-founder of Dynamo & Sons Inc., he nurtures bold ideas for storytelling, calling on his experience in abstract, narrative, and documentary film, and commercial video to guide the work.
