Two-time International Emmy® nominee, Luca is an author, creator and showrunner, responsible for shows such as: "O Negócio" (HBO), Bugados" (Gloob) "Mothern" (GNT), "Julie e os Fantasmas" (Nickelodeon/Band), "Copa do Caos" (MTV/Viacom), among others. Luca is founder/partner at Scriptonita Films, a company focused on film/TV development and IP management. He is currently producing seasons 3 and 4 of "Bugados", a super production for Gloob Channel. it's the first ever Brazilian sitcom for kids and premiered in Oct 21, 2019. "Bugados" was created by him and writer André Catarinacho. It became the highest-ratings' kids series opening on Brazilian Pay-TV history. Luca has more than 15 years of experience as Head of Development, having created shows for HBO, Fox, Universal, Sony, Nickelodeon, MTV, Gloob, Band TV, TNT, among others. Over the last decade Luca has developed over 350 episodes of fiction series. "O Negócio", his critically acclaimed drama series, became the most successful show ever produced by HBO in Latin America. Its fourth season premiered on 50 countries simultaneously. As creator of "Mothern", Luca was nominated for the 2007 International Emmy® Awards. It was broadcast in 114 countries by Globo International. Luca was the showrunner of "Julie e os Fantasmas", a kids series for Nickelodeon and Band TV. It was broadcast in 32 countries, the format was licensed to Netflix US and earned Luca a second International Emmy® nomination. Luca is also the co-creator of "Regressão", a medical/crime drama for Universal TV. It's the first collaboration between Luca and author Renato Modesto. The duo also wrote the feature film "A Pedra do Sino", which is scheduled to be shot in 2021. He's now working on a feature film called "Três Oitão", a dark comedy with Brazilian helmer Afonso Poyart; an urban fantasy thriller called "Necromorfus" - a co-production with Black Films; a crime drama, "Truth On a Wire", co-production with shingle Coração Da Selva, and a comedy feature called "Gamers", a co-production with Sofá Digital.
