Alejandro di Michele began his career as a junior writer at De Luca Advertising and then at Vincent Pub. He was a Production Manager at Vipcom (Commercial Video Productions) and then Bendercine, working on the team of Lucho Bender. In 1993 he joined the Verdino, Bates Agency where he was the head Production Manager in the Audiovisual Production Department, producing award winning spots. He joined Agulla & Baccetti in 1996 where he produced the Clio award winning spot "Devil" Directed by Pucho Mentasti, Clio award "Geropa", shot in Miami in co production between MTV/Agulla & Baccetti, awarded with the Gold Lion in Cannes; Quilmes "Football" (¡¡¡ Goal, goal, goal, in your head is a goal!!!!); Quilmes "Berlin" and "Pague", shot in Europe; the launching of the campaign "The llama that calls" in Spanish "La llama que llama" for Telecom Argentina; the launching of Renault Megane directed by Win Wenders, among the other 200 ads he produced at Agulla & Baccetti. In 2000, he left the most successful advertising agency in Argentina to create the production company la4films, with Diego Guebel and Mario Pergolini, two of the most successful producers in Argentinean TV. La4films developed new directors such as Doble Nelson, and produced commercials for Young & Rubicom, Agulla & Baccetti, DelCampo/ Nazca/ Saatchi&Saatchi, Vega Olmos Ponce/APL, among others. In 2001, with Fabio Cimmarusti, he founded Vértigo Films and Peluca Films, winning the Jerry Goldenberg prize for the "Marketing and Communication Excellence" as Best Production Company, and "El Ojo de Iberoamerica", as Best Argentinean and Iberoamerican Production Company. Peluca Films is a leading production services companies in Argentina, shooting more than 60 commercials per year. With a focus of providing production services for feature films and television, Di Michele has joined Buenos Aires Features & TV as a producer.
