Alice Frick

Alice was born in Vienna, Austria where she studied acting for film and business. During her studies she signed up for a comedy competition which she won. This started her stand-up career. After touring in Austria and Germany she moved to Los Angeles and started stand-up in English. Together with her sister, filmmaker and writer Julia Frick, she opened a production company in Austria, called "Viennatainment". Aim with that company is to tell stories from a female point of view, to show fresh and unusual gender roles, to give motivated women a chance to work in front of and behind the camera and to support aspiring filmmakers of any gender and sexual orientation. Their first multi-award winning feature film is called: "Shop of Little Pleasures". Alice now lives and work in London.
