Matthew Muhl

Matthew was born in Waco, Texas, and studied at the University of North Texas where he received a bachelor's degree in Radio, Television and Film. In 2005, Matthew won a Texas Intercollegiate Press Association award for television production. In 2006, he received a Lifetime Achievement award by the staff of North Texas Television (NTTV), and was nominated for a regional Emmy that same year. Matthew later worked in Los Angeles at CBS Studios, as a staff writer for the company's newsletter. In 2011, he authored his first book, "Diamond Point". He later joined the U.S. Navy, and honorably discharged after one tour. Matthew lives in Portland, Oregon.
