Oliver Rice

Oliver Rice is an actor, known for Altered Carbon (2019), Chesapeake Shores (2019), and The Flash (2018). Oliver was born in North Wales and grew up in London. He graduated from The Oxford School of Drama in 2005 and now divides his time between London, England and Vancouver, Canada. (2014)
