Reshma Freeman was born in Siparia, Trinidad. She started acting was she was 14 years old and worked at a grocery store as a bag girl to pay for acting classes. When she graduated high school, she moved to New York City to perform in plays, including a couple Off Off Broadway plays. She then moved to Los Angeles, CA a year later to pursue films. She did a film in 2005, "Transit," under the stage name Carrie Wallace. She also worked with the same director on his next film,"The River: Legend of La Llorona," in 2006. She's been performing and training in theatre with a wonderful coach and director, Gregory Bach.
