Ina Lerner Grevstad

Ina is a director and writer based in Norway. Her visual style is playful and poetical with themes related to social issues. After finished graduation from GITIS - The Russian Academy Of Theatre Arts, she started working as a director and writer. In 2020 she is developing a TV-series SVIK together with the production company Mer Film, and a feature film AKILLES with Nordisk Film. Her films have been nominated and won awards at both national and international short film festivals, and in 2020 her short film Ungene was shortlisted for the Director's Fortnight in Cannes. In 2018 she was a recipient of the Norwegian State Grant for Young Film Artists. She is a Berlinale Talent alumni in 2013. Her latest work is the short film Ungene (2020), and the comedy series Ingen Retur/No Return(2018). Besides working in fiction, she has been a director on the drama parts of the two reality shows, Farmen and ANNO, produced by STRIX for TV2 and NRK. She has also had several directing workshops at the University of Bergen for Film and TV students, and acting workshops for both amateur actors and for kids.
