Loui A Terrier is a scriptwriter, director, and producer who has also moonlighted as and Art Director on a handful of films. He studied Film at Penn State, Screenwriting at NYU, and Art at The New School. After years at an Industrial Video Production House at Penn State he returned to NYC. After working as a PA for David Bar Katz, and John Leguizamo on the ill fated, but cult tv sketch comedy show House Of Buggin - he immersed himself in experimental art and started making indie short films. He is known for co-producing, writing, or directing an assortment of visually quirky short films. He is known for the award winning - A Big Ball Of Foil in A Small NY Apt (2009), multiple award winner - Together: Dancing with Spinner Dolphins(2010), A Good Friday (2011), Don't You See (2016), multi award winning music video - Yeah! Yeah! Yeah! (Caeser Pink 2020), awards nominated- Kids Don't Die(2020), music video - This is the way they keep you Dumb (Caeser Pink 2021), award winning - Leaving Isiolo (2021), Archipelago : New York - 3 hour long Documentaries, and the current short film - I Did ( In final post 2022). He is finishing a passion project: An improv based, four webisode / web series which is entitled: What Are You Waiting For? Since Covid , he has begun to pitch, write and develop feature length narrative and documentary projects. Loui is based in Brooklyn, NY.
