Bred from the north in Minnetonka, Minnesota. His passion of editing and camera work sprouted from a life of skateboarding, water sports and constantly being outside. Recognized in his late teens for his video work and ambitious underwater camera housing design he was hired to fully conceptualize and complete a promotional piece for an international kayak company. After being so well received and successful, in 2006, he decided to hone his craft in Chicago and take a chance in a big city. During the 5 years he spent in Chicago, Andrew graduated from Tribeca Flashpoint Academy and was involved with numerous short films, music videos, promotional and corporate videos as well as editing a feature documentary entitled Sadermania which debuted at the Chicago International Film Festival and received a handful of accolades. Before heading to Los Angeles in early 2012, he sailed the Caribbean and crossed the Atlantic with a Swedish Captain for nearly 5 months. With over 2 dozen rolls of film from his sailing adventure, he made the journey to Los Angeles to explore and expand his passion for editing. Upon arrival he was immediately thrust into doing work for Skechers Shoes, editing and designing motion graphics for broadcast commercials, editing documentaries, being involved in start up companies and shooting in Borneo, Malyasia for a documentary entitled 'Dusty's Trail: Summit of Borneo' Andrew is Freelance editing and doing motion graphic work in Los Angeles. When not in the edit bay, Andrew is found hiking in the nearby forests or planning his next adventure.
