Geraldo Rodrigues

Geraldo Rodrigues is an emerging brazilian actor. His debut on film was in Linha de Passe, which premiered at Cannes film festival in 2008. In this feature, he played Dinho, a tormented young man that looks for religion as a scape from a delinquent past. Later on he played Frederico at HBO's series Alice. Again a strong and intense character, directed by Sérgio Machado. His next film is Cara ou Coroa, by brazilian director Ugo Giorgetti, where he plays Getulio, a young writer that helps fugitives from brazilian dictatorship in the early 70's. Although very young, Geraldo has been building a remarkable career both on cinema and theatre in Brazil.
