Over the past decade, Devon has directed hundreds of commercials for clients as diverse as Major League Soccer, Intel, Electronic Arts, Dell Computers, Zoom Care, Alienware, Lenovo, Amazon and the Learning Channel to name just a few. Founded in 2005, Lyon Films has excelled at crafting stories that matter, but not just for Fortune 100 companies. Devon recently co-produced a historic documentary that has aired multiple times on Oregon Public Broadcasting as well as screened around the Pacific Northwest. Commercials and documentaries are fun, but Lyon Films was founded to tell stories - and longer form narratives, whether as short films or features, feature Devon's unique voice. From singing demons, to assassin clowns, from conflicted morticians to frazzled brides, his short films feature a surprising range attractive to festival programmers. Now, in 2015 Devon is teaming up with Nick Hagen, the creator of the massively successful series The Haunting of Sunshine recently featured in the New York Times and optioned by The Weinstein Company, for two new story worlds sure to entertain.
