As an independent film producer, director, and writer, Libby works in Dallas, LA, and the East Coast. Her films have ranged from dramas to supernatural thrillers to the paranormal. She was the former director of IndieClub Dallas for six years, a film networking group in the DFW area with 800 members. Libby also works as a ghost writer. Along with being an entrepreneur with several businesses in the North Texas area, she devotes her time to her company, Inky Productions, is producing a pilot series and feature film based on the gothic supernatural novel, Thorn Jack, in the next year. She has several other projects - "The Lodge" is also set to be filmed as a short as a prelude to the feature "A Marine's Wife". The story revolves around a Marine who has only one night with his bride before he is deployed. In development are several short film: "Tugboat Dad", a story about an African-American father and his determination to bond with his son, regardless of his own limitations; "Rewind", about an aging movie star and a chance at a new and different life; "Ham and Cheese on Rye", a comedy about man's love for a female mechanic, and "Waiting in Line", a sci-fi short on the love between a brother and sister. Libby is a produced playwright with Rover Dramawerks in the Dallas area. She is working on three feature films, "The Marine's Wife", "Wishes", and one novel adaptation of Thorn Jack. She has collaborated with Tom Young as a co-director for the last five years and have worked with him on "The Gambler, Love Turns to Hate," "The Dancer", and "Human Wreckage."
