Mika Gill

Born in Israel to a true Hippie mother, and an addicted to order father, Mika had no other choice but to be different. Torn between the world of art and the world of mathematics, Mika has always known she was a writer, an actor and a filmmaker in the making, and couldn't wait for her life as such to start. In 2002 she finally gathered enough strength to pack herself and move into the Big Apple. She planned on arriving on 02/02/02, but fate had a better idea, and due to complications and conflicts, she found herself in JFK the eve of 4th of July instead. It was only in 2004 that Mika has discovered she was distantly related to legendary acting teacher, Lee Strasberg, through his second wife, Anna, who is her mother's great aunt. She's a true believer in the absolute impossible, naturally.
