Sarah butler (now Evans) was born in an RAF base hospital in Buckinghamshire, UK. She started acting, singing, gymnastics and dancing at the age of 5. At age 10, she was a street urchin in the film doctor and devils starring Timothy Dalton and Twiggy and this really gave her the acting bug. In the mid 1980's and 90's she was in many theatre productions and stage shows and was renowned for her singing, dancing and acrobatic skills. During this time she acted in various television and film productions and sang in in Val Doonicans Christmas special. Her favourite film role was playing a convent school girl in the Micheal Winner film Bullseye which starred Micheal Caine and Roger Moore. She attended the Sylvia Young Theatre school in Marylebone before choosing to pursue a career in medicine. As of 2012, she lives in Northamptonshire, UK with her husband and Son. As well as working in medicine she occasionally works behind the scenes in live event production.
