Richard Virga

Richard fell completely in love with film starting with Around the World in Eighty days. He never fell out. It's been a passion, an obsession. Now it's also his profession. He does a little modeling, gets not nearly enough speaking parts. He's in SAG and AFTRA. He does plenty of background work... Ahhh life! He took some theater at Hunter, got some improv training at the UCBT (Upright Citizen's Brigade Theater). Theater doesn't really do it to him, it's Film and TV. He just loves being on set. He thrives on the sense of extremely intense and diversified collaboration; the magnificent almost-chaos that creates the most commanding storytelling of our time. He has a strong feeling for what the camera, the story, and the director need. He has two grown sons and lives in Manhattan. He's also a licensed private pilot and a certified scuba diver. Very computer literate.
