Tall, strikingly handsome young male actor and model, Norman Wakefield was born in 1985 in Elizabeth, New Jersey. As the oldest child of the 3 children of a truck driver father and a CNA nurse mother. After graduating from high school, Norman enrolled at University of Arkansas at Fayetteville (UARK) intent on a career in Computer Science. However, he caught the acting bug while appearing in student drama productions. He left UARK after only 1 year to seek work as an actor. With his acting versatility and powerful sexual presence, he had no difficulty finding work in numerous television productions. He made his first big screen appearance on "The Maury Povich Show" (2007) where he was announced to have the most fan mail in Maury history (15 years). Through the rest of (2007) he worked in both movies and television. He was soon after chosen to play a major role in a feature film "The Fiesta" (2007) as "Thomas" beside big time producer Monica Moore, R&B singer Genuwine, Rapper Fat Joe, and Roberto Sanchez. He also booked a major role as himself in a blockbuster film "The Final Straw" (2007) next to Tango from I Love New York. Then Playing a Gang Member in a feature film "Wonder Wall" (2007) beside JD Williams. He was also in the new TV pilot for "Blue Blood" (2008) with Larenz Tate, and "Law and Order" (2008) as a perpetrator. As a model, he has been featured in many magazines and on a national ad for converse. Converse ad (2007) appeared in ESPN Magazine, and Slam Magazine. This National ad was one of the big breaks in his career. Billboards posted all over the City of New York, Mr. Wakefield has made his mark. Following was being featured on the cover of Make Out Magazine in (2007), Three page Spread in Alex: The Magazine (2007), Cover of Flava Life Magazine (2007), A model of the month spread in N-To-U Magazine (2007). Norman just finished a "Honda commercial" (2008). He has also graced the runways for Blackmen Magazine (2007), The Golden Scissors Award Show (2006) and many more.
