Keith Boyle

Returning to acting in 2019 after a 40-year hiatus, "Table for 1?" is Keith Boyle's first film as the central character. During the last year, he completed 11 short films, two feature films, four music videos and a commercial for Weden.com. His film and video roles have ranged from priests and predator cult leaders to dads, grandfathers, a zombie, and a game show host. Originally focused on musical theater, he has taken lead roles in a variety of productions including John Adams in "1776", Judas/ John the Baptist in "Godspell", Michael in "I Do! I Do!" and Sky Masterson in "Guys and Dolls". Other theater credits include roles in "La Ronde", "Telemachus Clay", "Babes in Arms", and "The Matchmaker" as well as choreographing and dancing in "Cabaret". Although he has always considered himself a "song-and-dance man", he had a fulfilling professional career outside of theater and film. A Registered Nurse since 1977, Keith found his niche in healthcare when he became a Critical Care Educator and later as a Director of Patient Experience. In those roles, he utilized the skills he developed on stage to become a highly rated presenter. In 2007, he was one of five finalists for the Nurseweek Teaching Award. As a Subject Matter Expert on healthcare culture change and patient engagement, he has presented at symposiums around the country as well as internationally, including China's Aging Industry Summit in Shanghai. As he has stated many times, he loved presenting because he had his own personal stage where he had the opportunity to engage as well as entertain his audience in his own one-man show.
