Actor/singer/producer/director, Oliver Richman, has appeared in film, on stage and on television. He has released multiple singles and several music videos. At just nine years old, his debut video of "Defying Gravity" received went viral on YouTube. At ten years of age, he was personally invited by legendary icon, Stevie Wonder to share the stage at the Nokia Theatre Live L.A., where he received a standing ovation from over 7,500 people. Oliver was featured on Byron Allen's "The Young Icons," a nationally syndicated show about young people changing the world. He appeared in NBC's pilot of "Mr. Robinson," starring Craig Robinson and has performed leading roles in several musicals and numerous live theatrical productions. Oliver recorded the Special 50th Anniversary Edition of "For Once in My Life," which was written by his grandfather, legendary songwriter, Ron Miller. In 2018, Oliver graduated high school with High Honors in Los Angeles. He won multiple awards in both the DTASC Drama Festival and the DTASC Shakespeare Festival. In the summer of 2018, Oliver was chosen to attend the A Cappella Academy, led by Avi Kaplan, Ben Bram and Rob Dietz, where he created and performed with young people from all over the world. Oliver comes from a long line of entertainers, writers, and performers. His grandfather, Ron Miller, wrote standards such as "For Once in My Life," "Touch Me in the Morning," "Place in the Sun," "Yester-me, Yester-you, Yesterday," "Heaven Help Us All," "I've Never Been to Me," "Someday at Christmas" and "If I Could." Oliver's paternal grandfather, Peter Mark Richman, starred in over 500 television shows and films. Oliver's mother, Lisa Dawn Miller, is a producer, singer/songwriter and director. His stepfather is comedian/actor, Sandy Hackett, son of legendary comedian, Buddy Hackett. Since he was four years old, Oliver has been acting and singing on stage, television and for film, making his film debut in "Man Overboard." Oliver loves school. He was actively involved in his high school's Drama department, was a member of the Thespian Cabinet and the President of the Diagramming Club. Education is Oliver's number one priority. He enjoys learning, reading, singing, performing, directing, writing and supporting his fellow students and friends! Oliver is a college student at New York University Tisch School of the Arts majoring in Drama and minoring in Producing. He was produced, directed, written and performed in multiple projects for NYU.
