Grayson Hunt-Urwin was 9 years old when she was cast in the feature film 10,000 BC by Roland Emmerich as the younger lead, Evolet. She traveled to Wanaka, New Zealand to film the opening scenes & when she was 11 year's old filmed pick-ups in London, England. She has been in a few short-films then returned to studies and high school to complete her studies. In 2016 Grayson returned to the big screen for a role in The Stolen. After a few photo shoots with Kris Robinson Photography of Napier, New Zealand in 2015 and 2016 Grayson decided to try modeling. This led to her representing New Zealand in international modeling competitions.
