Jill Ishkanian

Jill Ishkanian is a freelance journalist and a photographer living in Los Angeles with her longtime boyfriend Vincent Riello. She grew up in Montecito, Calif., in a Christian home, the daughter of a mining and tunneling safety engineer and a History professor. After getting BA with honors from the University of California in Santa Barbara, Jill worked as a sales rep for a food company, owned her own wholesale sandwich distribution company before embarking on her true passion, celebrity journalism. Shortly after being hired at Star magazine she broke several stories that garnered national attention and was promoted to Senior Reporter. After four years at Us Weekly magazine as West Coast News Editor she left to become a partner in Sunset Photo and News and its online counterpart Celebrity Babylon website. She gained worldwide notoriety in 2006 when the FBI (at the bequest of Us Weekly) raided her home and office for alleged computer hacking. Post raid Jill went on to become a self-taught paparazzi photographer, taking some of the most controversial images in recent history. Jill has appeared on Fox News Channel's The O'Rielly Factor, CNN's Reliable Sources, numerous E! True Hollywood Story episodes, Celebrity Justice, America The Beautiful (movie) and more.
