Anupama Chopra is a critic, author and the director of the Mumbai Film Festival. She's been writing about Bollywood since 1993 for international publications like The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times and Sight & Sound. Her book, King of Bollywood: Shah Rukh Khan and the Seductive World of Indian Cinema, was featured on the annual "Editor's Choice" list of the New York Times Book Review. She is also the founder and editor of Film Companion.
