Josef Lindner

Josef Lindner graduated from the Communication Arts department at the University of Wisconsin in Madison, where he received his master's degree in Film Studies in 1996. He began working for the Academy Film Archive in Los Angeles two years later , became Preservation Officer in 2002, and has continued to work on the preservation of a number of shorts and feature length films.He remains active also in the International Federation of Film Archives, where he served for six years on their Executive Committee.
