Krista, although being born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, grew up in the suburb Perkasie. Realizing a passion for acting, singing, and dancing at the early age of three, she began taking various classes and performed in numerous recitals, galas, musicals, benefits, and plays. After performing in her first theatrical production of "Babes in Toyland", she went on to work at Bristol Riverside Theater and the Pearl S. Buck House where she did various children's shows, including "101 Dalmations", "Aladdin", "Wizard of Oz", and "Rumplestiltskin". She continued to sing in various charity benefits throughout middle school and high school and continued to act in productions, such as "Zombie Prom", "Once Upon A Mattress", and "Honk!". At the age of sixteen, Krista went on her first film audition and landed a role in an independent film, titled "Snapped". It was from this project that she realized an even stronger passion for film than theater and continued to pursue any film projects that came her way. She went on to obtain her Bachelor of Arts degree in acting at Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Currently in her senior year at the university, she has worked on over 12 films through the department and performed in productions such as "Five Women Wearing the Same Dress", "Ragtime: the Musical", "Into the Woods", and "Company".
