William Park

Known for his influential role in participating in the privatization of the social security system in Mexico in 1996, William is a seasoned veteran in the financial services industry. He attended Bob Jones University with a major in Pre-Law and Theology and graduated from Instituto de Lengua Espanola in Costa Rica, Central America. While in Costa Rica, William worked at Nicaraguan and Salvadorean refugee camps and also taught at a Baptist University. In 1990 he was Rookie of the Year for Sales and Recruiting for a division of Citigroup and for the next 4 years ran the largest financial service office for that firm in the state of Texas and was in the top 10 of the nation. In his second year he was a part of the prestigious President's Council and also helped in the recruiting and training of agents in the global expansion of the firm. He was promoted to Senior Vice President in record time. In 1995, William co-founded a major financial marketing organization which became the fastest growing broker dealer in the United States. He also initiated the expansion into Puerto Rico, and helped found the company in Mexico recruiting over 1,700 Insurance and Investment licensed agents, and opening over 30 offices there. William lived in Monterrey, Mexico from 1996 to 2000, helping translate all marketing material into Spanish. He also helped develop low entry mutual fund and variable products for Skandia Vida which is a worldwide investment firm, In 2000 the company William helped co-found was sold to AEGON. In 1997 William launched Scottish Financial a financial service firm specializing in helping both individual and institutional investors build, preserve, and transfer wealth. Scottish Financial was then converted into UEG, Inc. a full service financial service conglomerate that has a presence in 32 states and 14 foreign countries.
