Michael Dobbins is an award nominated composer and an Emmy nominated Music Editor, having performed music editorial for over 300 hours of network Television. Originally an orchestral horn player, Dobbins graduated with a degree in Music Performance in 2000. During his time in University, Dobbins won Assistant Principle Horn with the Waco Symphony and 3rd Horn with The Richardson Symphony in Texas. Dobbins has composed music for many projects, earned a nomination for Best Original Film Score for the 2009 Hollywood Music in Media Awards, and assisted on several projects with film composer John Frizzell. In the U.S., his music has been broadcast with shows on CBS, The History Channel, Discovery, Animal Planet, G4, Destination America, TLC and internationally in Canada, The U.K., France, Germany, Austria, Brazil, Mexico, and Japan.
