Edson Ferreira

Edson Ferreira was born on August 15, 1972, in Brasília, Brazil. He is a Brazilian actor, filmmaker and screenwriter. As an actor, his works stand out in the short films "A Mesa no Deserto" (2017), screened at more than fifty festivals and with ten international awards, "Chamada a Cobrar - O Filme" (2020), "Cidinha da Jeito" (2019), "Valerianas" (2019) and "Chamada a Cobrar - a Série" (2021). In 2014, he released "Entreturnos", his first feature film, co-produced by Canal Brasil. Among his new projects for 2023 are the features "Areia" and "A Serena onda que o mar me trouxe", as well as short films.
