Sean Patrick Folster, born in Royal Oak, Michigan, is an artist who expresses his unique take on the human condition through acting, writing, and music. He began his stage life at age four through school plays and recitals, pulling children by their hair across the stage who kept forgetting their lines and blocking. After years of being a soloist in vocal recitals, at 13 he attended his first summer program at the Willoway Repertory Theater in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, the same theater that spawned George C. Scott, Lily Tomlin and countless others. He appeared in their wildly successful production of "West Side Story", and from that moment, fell in love with The Life. Stints at Interlochen Fine Arts Camp and Michigan Opera Theater followed. Despite being born into a family of musicians and spending the better part of his childhood studying music, he came to find that his true love was acting. Shortly thereafter, he ran off to Borders Books and bought every book he could find about the craft of acting, and spent years and money he didn't always have working with some of the finest directors and teaching artists in the world. He is proud to have worked with some of the industry's biggest stars and is honored to be a part of the 2,600-plus years tradition of storytelling. When he is not pursuing his career or his writing, he lives a more or less quiet life in the Bronx.
