Claire Dicarlo was born in Dunfermline, Scotland, on August 11th, 1984. After graduating high school, she trained as an actress; first at Fife College (famous for it's former students including Ewan McGregor), and second, at Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh (where she competed with 1500 actors to win one of just 22 places on the course). In her first production at QMU, Claire was cast in the lead role of Helena in Shakespeare's 'All's Well That Ends Well', directed by prominent Scottish theatre director, Ken Alexander. Other exciting theatre roles followed, but it was in her final year that Claire discovered her love of film - something that continues to be a great passion of hers today.
