Laila Alina Reischer

Laila Alina Reischer is an Austrian actress. She was born to an Austrian mother and an Egyptian father growing up in Innsbruck and Vienna. She began stage acting as a teenager at her high school and later on studied at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London. In 2011 she was chosen as European Talent actress at the 61th International Filmfestival Berlin and received the award as best supporting actress at the New York Film festival the same year. In 2013 she was honored with the Arthur Haidl Award of her home city Innsbruck for her achievements in art an culture emphasizing on topics such as integration and social inclusion.
