Oliver Sykes was born in 1973 and was raised in New York City. He graduated from the same high school as Johnn F. Kennedy and Chevy Chase and later attended Cornell University where he majored in government. Oliver realized in 1997 that he preferred watching movies to studying law and decided to move to Los Angeles, where he immersed himself in both acting and filmmaking. He has trained with the Stella Adler Conservatory, Larry Moss Studios, Playhouse West, Paul Kampf, and Will Wallace. Oliver has produced and acted in two short films which both debuted at the Pasadena Film Festival and Burbank Film Festival. Apart from acting and producing, Oliver is passionate about writing and has written plays, a one man show, as well as a screenplay entitled A Million Miles to Mexico. At the end of the day, Oliver wants to contribute to society with his creative abilities through storytelling. He is committed to helping inspire those who struggle with addiction, based on his own experiences. Oliver is respected for his honesty and integrity and wants to enrich the world through his voice as an actor, writer and filmmaker!
