Mickael N'Dour

Mickael was born in France and began acting in primary school. He began his love affair with film in his early 20s when he directed a short film with a friend in Marseille. From that point on his attention was focused on film and teaching himself the basics of filmmaking. He learned through collaborations with other artists, reading books, and watching films. In 2002 he moved to London, England to learn English and pursue an international career as a filmmaker. His first feature length film, Highlight, was screened at Le Marche du Film at the Cannes Film Festival in 2009.
