Alli Ellene, (born Allison Ellene Skinner on Tuesday, October 23, 1984), is from Central Arkansas where the majority of her acting and modeling career started. She started her modeling and acting career at the young age of 11, when her and her mother were stopped by an agency director during a fashion show in a mall that insisted she join Excel Models & Talent in Little Rock, AR. She immediately began classes and training with Excel Models & Talent in both modeling and acting. She participated in several print ads, fashion shows, and local projects to build her resume. She continued advancing through Excel's internationally recognized program that lead her to her first IMTA (International Modeling & Talent Association) Convention and Competition in 1996, where she received numerous awards, callbacks, contract offers, and recognition. Since she was not old enough to legally sign a contract at that time, her mother proposed that if she still had as much passion for modeling and acting when she was old enough to legally sign her own contract, then she could return to IMTA. So, in 2002, Alli went back to NYC to participate in the IMTA Convention/Competition again, where she received several more awards, callbacks, contracts, and a scholarship to the New York School for Film & Television. She chose to accept the high honor of receiving a scholarship and attended the Intensive Program with the New York School for Film & Television in 2003. Upon completion of the program, she was offered a spot in the 2-year program, however, she decided to return home to Arkansas for personal and educational reasons. After leaving NYC and the Film School in 2003, Alli focused on education and family. She continued working locally as an actor and model though, and has added quite a few accomplishments to her resume. After auditioning for the film "Insomniac", she was offered a different role than what she auditioned for and accepted a lead role as "Melanie", a waitress. During the production of this film, Alli met and married one of the stunt coordinators/actors. Shortly after having her first child in 2007, Alli turned her focus on her daughter's health due to the severity of her conditions at birth. During this difficult time, over the course of about 3 1/2 years, Alli spent the majority of her time, energy and efforts with her daughter in the hospital. Family became the priority, and her career took the back seat. She divorced her husband in 2008, and continued to focus on her daughter. She has since received her RN degree and is working towards a Master's of Science in Nursing, and eventually a Doctorate in Nursing. She has also re-married, had a second child, and found balance between all of her passions. She still has a deep love and passion for acting and modeling, and somewhat fulfills her desire for the camera by instilling the same experience in her photography subjects. She loves being behind the camera almost as much as she loves being in front of one. She specializes in boudoir, romance, and bold photography. She still aspires to be the next Julia Roberts, her idol since she began acting, and hopes to someday get back on camera to make her mark and change the world.
