With her exotic beauty, on-screen charisma, and business savvy, the multi-racial Miami native of African America, Indian, Cuban, Norwegian, Italian and Puerto Rican descent Esther Baxter reigned queen of the urban model scene as one of the industry's most sought-after "Video Vixens" and has continued her path of success as a rising actress in both TV and Film. She starred in over 25 of the most popular music videos for multi-platinum artists like Ye, Ludacris, Will Smith, The Roots, and Nelly. Attracting an avid fan base and following, Esther then created a name and brand for herself through numerous magazine covers, spreads, tribute issues, and calendars including VIBE, KING, Smooth, The Source, XXL, and Today's Black Woman. By popular demand, BlackMen Magazine also released two full 50-page tribute issues of Esther Baxter photos as Collector's Editions. Additionally, Esther was recognized with the "Video Goddess Award" at the annual VIBE Awards for her memorable character in the award-winning Austin Powers-themed video for Ludacris' hit single "Number One Spot," which also received the MTV Video Music Award for Best Rap Video. As an on-camera personality, Esther went on to appear as a celebrity guest on hit reality series MTV's From G's to Gents (2008) created by Jamie Foxx and hosted by Fonzworth Bentley, late night talk show MTV's Dogg After Dark (2009) hosted by Snoop Dogg, and interview series "Who's That Girl" for BET's Rap City. Opening another chapter of her career, Esther set out to expand her career to acting and has done just that with two feature films, and a guest star on network television already under her belt. Esther made her feature film debut as "Christine" in the award-winning dramatic comedy Speed-Dating (2010) (2010 Pan African Film Festival Audience Favorite) starring Wesley Jonathan (Roll Bounce, What I Like About You), Chico Benymon (Half & Half), Vanessa Simmons (Run's House, Daddy's Girls) and Holly Robinson Peete which was theatrically released via AMC Theatres in over 15 major markets in Fall 2010. Her training includes Black Nexxus Acting Studios in New York, and Tasha Smith Acting Workshop in Los Angeles. Esther has recently been featured in Complex Magazine, YRB Magazine, and graced the cover of J'Adore Magazine's Anniversary Issue.
