Anthony was born to Theretha Beasley, and the late Tommie Singleton Jr., (lead singer of an oldies singing group). The youngest of 4 kids. He is of West Indian and African American descent. Anthony is a Summa cum laude graduate of Central Michigan University with a Masters of Arts Degree and the American InterContinental University with a Bachelors of Fine Arts Degree in Media Production. Anthony lived his younger years in Darlington, South Carolina. He began doing stage plays at the age of 7, and it was there where he found his niche for acting. Later in life, put the acting career on hold by joining the United States Armed Forces. Some of his tours included Bosnia, Kuwait, and Afghanistan. Anthony received the Humanitarian Service Medal for his willingness to help isolated personnel in New York's infamous ice storm (1996-97). He later went on to become a successful writer, director, producer, and editor for many productions. More awards include; Driver's Badge, Track, Army Commendation Medal, Army Superior Unit Award, Philippine Presidential Unit Citation, Army Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, Army Service Ribbon, Physical Fitness Award, Army Achievement Medal, Armed Forces Service Medal, and NATO Medal to name a few.
