Phil Hotsenpiller Throughout his career, Phil Hotsenpiller has worked extensively on issues at the nexus of leadership, artistry, and contemporary culture. He is an entrepreneur, author, and cultural thought leader. Phil earned B.A. and M.Div. and did postgraduate studies at Oxford University. He and his wife Tammy founded Influence Church in Anaheim Hills, CA. Phil's passion is for teaching and ministering the Word of God. He is considered an authority on End-Time prophecy.
