Anders Sanzén is a swedish actor. He was born and raised in Falun, Dalarnas län, Sweden. Anders trained at École Internationale de Théâtre Jacques Lecoq in Paris, France. He has worked over 20 years as an actor and has extensive experience from theatre, film, television and commercials. His credits include playing the part of Ronny Hulth in the Academy Award-nominated feature film The 100-year-old man who climbed out the window and disappeared (also Swedish Guldbagge Award winner) directed by Felix Herngren. Anders stars in the feature film Monky (directed by Maria Blom), in theatres in 2017. He appears in guest roles in the Norwegian tv-series Lilyhammer (season 3) and Hotel Caesar. He stars in the upcoming Norwegian tv-series 22 Juli, directed by Pål Sletaune and the tv-series En får væra som en er, directed by Mattis Furst. During 2014-15 he was part of the ensemble at regional theatre Västanå Teater, receiving excellent reviews from Swedish press. Throughout 14 years of touring Norway and Sweden, he has performed over 1300 shows for an audience totalling 120 000. His one-man-show entitled Rasmus på luffen, where Anders plays 18 different characters, has been performed 700 times for eight consecutive years. Anders is easy-going, hard-working and ambitious as an actor. Apart from his native Swedish, Anders speaks fluent English and French, as well as some Norwegian; and is a fast learner of dialects. For the feature film Tom of Finland he learnt his lines in Finnish. As co-founder of Gbgimpro, one of Sweden's leading improv-groups, Anders is an excellent improviser. Other skills include singing, mime and excellent physical control, most ball and racket sports, juggling and full clean driving license.
