A Born entertainer; this beauty princess of Danish descent; former Mini-Miss Colorado, this sunshine-blonde is the classic Nordic dazzle package. Amber's a 'natural.' Serenely confident, down to earth, hardworking and gifted; she inherited her unpretentious 'star quality' from her gorgeous Danish grandmother, a dancer who toured Europe. Talented from her toes up...Amber remains inspired by her beloved grandmother's sparkling personality and gift for movement, but Amber's starlight is all her own. Bit by bit, she's making her way with luck and persistence. She shone on "Ellen", cheering on 'boy genius' Greyson Chance, who came to fame singing Lady Gaga's "Paparazzi." An avid cheerleader, Amber's performed at Disneyland with the Junior Show Stoppers. She's studied dance and live theater techniques with former Disney choreographer Randy Souza, who impressed upon her the need to keep going, no matter what. Amber's a real pro; she's had a number of theatrical gigs, including three week runs of three performances a week, in live shows including "Annie," "The Velveteen Rabbit" and "Lady Pirates of Captain Bree." Amber's done TV, guest-starring in "Victorious", and she's had 'face time' with Selena Gomez on "Wizards of Waverly Place." Recently she scored a great role in Michael Amundsen's film "Chihuahua: The Movie." Amber plays 'Gail', a patient who teaches the ungrateful lead character an important lesson. Since arriving in Los Angeles, Amber's worked on diverse projects including a Time Warner Cable commercial but before she made it to LA, she already began paying her dues. Starring in a local commercial shot outside in the middle of November, in Colorado, wearing only jeans and a t-shirt, Amber did not complain. As long as the camera's rolling, Amber's smiling! On the promotional video for "Big Love", Amber was given a baby pig to hold, and she sang as well. Nothing rattles Amber; she's ready for anything. A 'triple threat'; Amber acts, sings and dances. She's a 'sponge'! Thrilled to study at the SAG Conservatory, she learned diverse techniques; Shakespeare, comedy, drama and improv- her favorite. After being crowned Mini-Miss Colorado, Amber went on to compete in the international pageant where she created her own golden rule amidst the expected drama of a hundred little girls in one space. Amber's pledge: "Not to be too competitive; to make friends along the way and be nice to everyone." Amber has a kind heart, tenacity, professional discipline and the determination to succeed, balanced with her Scandinavian sense of fair play. Amber likes to win, but is highly conscious of being a team player. Focusing on comedy, Amber's taking on he challenge; studying improvisation and comedic timing. She'd like to be the next Reese Witherspoon or Kristen Chenowith. "I love to make people smile." With that as a goal, who can resist her happy charm, filling the room?
